Why does Captain Parker’s offer a cash discount? Credit card processing fees have become a significant operating expense for small businesses. Offering a discount for cash payments allows us to reduce these costs while helping us keep menu prices as competitive as possible.
Is this a surcharge? No, this is a cash discount program. All advertised prices are our standard prices. Guests who pay with cash receive an immediate 3% discount.
Can I still pay with a credit card? Absolutely. We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallet payments.
Can I combine the cash discount with gift cards or partial credit card payment? No, the cash discount is applicable only if 100% of the balance is paid in cash.
