Clam Chowder Base is a frozen product, light cream must be added during the reheating process. One quart of base yields 2 to 2 1/2 quarts of chowder (depending on desired thickness).

During warm weather months or shipment to warm climates, next day delivery method must be used. For all other orders, a next day or 2nd day should be selected.
